Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP and a frightened dad Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I share my life- the highs the lows and all in between. My family relocated to America. In the age of one and a quarter I was accepted into my parents. Knowing I had an opportunity to have a brighter future, I strived to impress them and was a shrewd entrepreneur in the direction of success. My plan of life was as follows: I'd go to university, get a job in a corporation as well as marry and then buy a home. I believed that this was the definition of success. However, but life was not so sure to show me the meaning of success. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my position did not make me happy. I believed that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. I was passionate about fitness and having fun and helping people as I navigated towards my new career path. I was drawn to personal training. In this year, I am celebrating my 7th Anniversary. In 2014, I started my own small business. It is rare to find Asian women in the industry. My goal is to be a change maker in the industry to provide high-quality coaching that allows individuals to be healthier and happier individual by developing the most sustainable life that meets their individual goals and needs. My goal is to inspire others to pursue their desires and live the lives they have always wished for. As I started my profession, the loss of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will always remain in my thoughts and my mind. If you don't realize the signs at first, God can be a bit elusive in offering us the things we need. My mother's sudden death that changed me for the better. In my opinion, I was given a second chance at living a full and fulfilling life. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. The opportunity was there to begin her new life, and I got my second shot at a fulfilling and happy life. In my 30's, it is the first that I truly feel like that I'm alive. When I share my experience I hope that my thoughts will resonate with yours. It is my wish to help you realize that you're not alone. That you have the ability to achieve anything that your heart desires. You have only one life. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
